When you email hello@recover-os.com or call (828) 357-7631, we collect what you send us: name, contact info, organization, and the details of what you’re trying to solve.

When you visit this site, our host (Vercel) logs IP address, browser type, page visited, and timestamp. These logs are kept for security and basic traffic analytics.

For operators in the pilot program, RecoverOS modules process resident data, payment data, messaging logs, and outcome metrics. We treat all of this as HIPAA-aware: PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, never persisted in LLM context windows, and access is scoped per-operator. Each operator owns their data and can export or delete it at any time.

We use Anthropic’s Claude API with structured outputs. Anthropic does not train on data submitted via the API. No resident data is ever used to train models.

Marketing contact info is used to qualify pilot fit and to send updates you’ve opted into. We do not sell information. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing pixels.

For pilot operators, RecoverOS uses operator data only to run the agents they’ve subscribed to. We don’t combine your data with other operators’ data. We don’t sell or share it.

Marketing contact info is retained until you ask us to delete it. Pilot-operator data is retained per the data-processing agreement, with a default of 90 days post-cancellation before secure deletion.

Server logs roll off after 30 days unless retained longer for security investigation.

RecoverOS is built on a small, deliberately-chosen stack: Anthropic (Claude API), Twilio (voice + SMS), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and per-operator choice of storage backend (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or Postgres).

A current subprocessor list is available on request.

You can ask us at any time what information we have on you, what we’ve shared and with whom, and to delete records that aren’t legally required to retain. Email hello@recover-os.com with subject “Records request” and we’ll respond within ten business days.

This site does not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics that drop cookies. If we add traffic analytics, we’ll use a cookieless tool and update this page.
